		<description>I love foam rolling...it is like a deep tissue massage right when you need it. No appointment needed. There are several videos and programs out that show you how to work not only your legs, but the hips, lower and upper back as well. I have a very firm foam roller and use it lengthwise along my spine. I then roll ever so slightly to the side and am able to get the knots that sometimes form around my shoulder blades. ... pain receeds into bliss. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
