No appointment needed. There are several videos and programs out that show you how to work not only your legs, but the hips, lower and upper back as well. I have a very firm foam roller and use it lengthwise along my spine. I then roll ever so slightly to the side and am able to get the knots that sometimes form around my shoulder blades. ... pain receeds into bliss.
