I now own a Dresden Dolls drumstick.
I never knew I wanted a Dresden Dolls drumstick. I didn’t know who made Dresden Dolls drumsticks (Vic Firth) or how dented a Dresden Dolls drumstick grew over the course of a performance. I’d never even seen one live before.
And yet now I own one. And it’s a quirky keepsake, no less — a souvenir of sorts from a surprisingly moving production of “The Onion Cellar” at ART’s Zero Arrow on Saturday afternoon. I’ll be writing about it tomorrow, with the hopes of posting something here by the evening.
Keep your eyes out for it.
(Please note that it originally said, “Keep your eyes peeled,” but the horrible unintentional pun made me revise.)
